Enjoying Schiermonnikoog in Op � D�n and Samar
On the beautiful island of Schiermonnikoog, situated in
the North of the Netherlands in the Wadden Sea and
characterised by its exquisite nature, wide beaches, fair
dunes and salt marches, we rent out two luxury holiday
homes.
Both cottages are conveniently situated on the edge of the
village in the immediate vicinity of dunes and woodlands.
The sea is within walking distance (1,000 meters) as are a
pool and tennis courts (500 meters).
Holiday cottage Op � Dun and Samar are traditional island
houses, dating from early nineteenth century. We have
renovated both cottages with great care so as to maintain
original building elements like rafters, beamed ceilings and
doors while, at the same time, ensuring luxury and comfort.
To ensure that all our guests will enjoy a beautiful, well
cared for and comfortable �home base� during their stay on
the wonderful island of Schiermonnikoog, we highly value
good maintenance of the cottages, their gardens and
interiors.
